Releasing your core energy involves shifting your inner thoughts, beliefs, images, and emotions that block your energy. Self-Love

Emotional intelligence, often called EQ, involves the ability to perceive, understand, label, manage, and handle your emotions. A high EQ indicates a strong ability to recognize emotions in yourself and others, demonstrating emotional literacy. Usually, we experience multiple emotions at the same time, and sometimes, we might use one emotion to hide or suppress another, such as masking anger with sadness. Developing this skill helps you use emotions to guide your thinking and actions. You’ll learn just how your emotions are informing you on how you would like to be moving through life.

Emotional Intelligence

Incorporating mindfulness into your self-care routines helps you observe your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings without judgment, encouraging patience and acceptance of the present moment. Being fully present without judgment is a powerful way to navigate life. This practice boosts your focus, emotional regulation, and overall mental health, ultimately leading to a more non-reactive mind.

Mindfulness

When your emotions are trapped, they can manifest as chronic illness, physical pain, and burnout. Connecting with these trapped emotions through energy pathways and releasing them allows you to explore a different way of feeling and being. After releasing them, we’ll discuss the cause(s) and then tap into your inner wisdom to guide you toward your authentic self-expression. Emotional reactions often stem from childhood, and by releasing those old patterns, you begin to respond differently to triggering situations.
