• By exploring the chakras and the human energy field, you'll unlock greater healing potential. Each chakra and level of the energy field relates to specific aspects of your life. We’ll dive into their structures and functions to help you navigate this complex system. Then, we’ll practice balancing the chakras and tapping into the different levels of your field. Acquiring these valuable skills will help you investigate and address persistent challenges.

Move Energy: Push, Pull, Stop, Allow, and Neutral

• Understanding the basics of moving energy equips you with the ability to accept the energy you want while keeping out the energy you don’t. This is especially important if you tend to absorb the energy of those around you. This concept was particularly impactful for me, as I often felt the need to disentangle myself from people and situations. Together, we’ll not only explore these skills but also practice moving energy between two individuals—an introduction to healing hands, a gift natural to everyone.

Track Energy in Your Body

• Focusing on how energy moves through your body can enhance your healing process. For example, if you notice pain in your back, take a moment to explore that feeling—by asking questions and seeking understanding—you might also discover discomfort in your lower abdomen. This is completely normal. Recognizing that certain areas are connected is important, and by gently addressing each spot, you open the door to deeper healing.
